The No. 12 Georgetown Hoyas (15-3, 5-2 Big East) welcome the Rutgers Scarlet Knights (11-8, 3-3) to the Verizon Center Saturday afternoon, looking to maintain home dominance over their conference foe. The Hoyas are 17-2 at home against Rutgers all-time, and have won nine straight games against the Scarlet Knights at home by an average of 13.9 points. The last Rutgers win in Washington, D.C. occurred in December of 1998.

The Hoyas will have their hands full, however, with this year's Scarlet Knights team. Rutgers has already toppled two Top 10 teams this season, defeating then-No. 10 Florida 85-83 in double overtime in December and also taking down then-No. 8 Connecticut 67-60 two weeks ago. Rutgers is looking for its fourth win in its past five games.
