Marquette Vs. Georgetown Score Update: Hoyas Trail 43-29 At Halftime

The Georgetown Hoyas were hoping to continue the hot streak they had been on, winning 12 of their first 13 games but they currently trail Marquette Golden Eagles at halftime 43-29. Guard Darius Johnson-Odom has had a nice first half, putting up 13 points. The Eagles have also gotten nice contributions from Todd Mayo and Davante Gardner off of the bench, with Mayo picking up nine points and give rebounds.

The Hoyas on the other hand need to hit some of their three point shots if they want to get back into the game, hitting on just 2 of 10 shots in the first half. Jason Clark and Hollis Thompson lead the way for the Hoyas, picking up eight points each in the first half. The Hoyas have also had trouble keeping the ball, with 13 turnovers to Marquette's four.
