The Georgetown Hoyas will look to bounce back from Saturday's disappointing road loss to lowly Pittsburgh when they take on struggling Connecticut at the Verizon Center on Wednesday night. Tip is scheduled for 7 p.m. and ESPN will broadcast the game.
The Hoyas fell to No. 14 in the country after Saturday's 72-60 loss, and also fell to 6-3 in the Big East. Still, they aren't struggling nearly as much as Connecticut. Despite having a deep roster headlined by NBA prospects Jeremy Lamb and Andre Drummond, the Huskies have lost three in a row and have fallen out of the Top 25. On Sunday, playing for the first time in eight days, the Huskies lost an ugly home game to Notre Dame, 50-48. That loss came after a road loss to Tennessee and a home loss to Cincinnati.
