Some may claim that they eat, drink, and sleep basketball. Some of the returning Maryland Terrapins talk that quite literally.
According to Jeff Barker of the Baltimore Sun, seniors Dino Gregory, Cliff Tucker, and Adrian Bowie have been sleeping at Comcast Center.
"Actually, we lived in Comcast for a little while," said senior forward Dino Gregory. "In a lounge room with video and stuff. There's a couple sofas in there. There's a TV in there."
Gregory, Tucker, and Bowie have big shoes to fill, even in the preparation department. The notoriously hard-working ACC Player of the Year Greivis Vasquez is now playing for the Memphis Grizzlies. Landon Milbourne and Eric Hayes will be difficult to replace as well.
The three Maryland seniors will do their best to fill that void though. They're off to a great start, and appear dedicated. Gregory told Barker that this is the first year that all three of them stayed in College Park during the summer. Not all of them slept at Comcast Center though.
"In summer, it's two sessions so the second session they didn't have housing so they just stayed here," Bowie said. "I would never sleep here. I have a place, so I'd rather just come here in the morning."
