The Maryland Terrapins face the Boston College Eagles on Saturday in a battle to avoid last place in the Atlantic Division in the ACC. After being blown out by Virginia Tech in Blacksburg last week, BC fell to 1-6 on the season and is winless in conference. Head Coach Frank Spaziani, in his third season, is on the hot seat in Chestnut Hill as the Eagles have yet to beat an NCAA FBS team this season.
All of this turmoil in Boston means that the Terps, who are in the midst of an underwhelming season themselves, are touchdown favorites this Saturday in College Park. Maryland has only one conference win this season but they opened as 8 point favorites. The line has come down to 7 and 7.5 in some places but it's still indicative of just how bad BC has been this year. Kick off is set for 3 PM at Byrd Stadium.
