Maryland 2-5 (1-3) will be looking to stop a three-game slide that has spoiled a once promising season against the Boston College Eagles 1-6 (0-4), who have suffered through a nightmare of a season to this point, beating only FCS Massachusetts for their lone victory.
Both teams have been bitten hard by the injury bug, but the Eagles have looked good at times in recent weeks against Virginia Tech, Clemson and Wake Forest. The Terrapins have also had their moments, nearly knocking off Georgia Tech, and also fumbling away an 18-point second half lead to Clemson, losing 56-45, before getting destroyed last week by Florida State.
