Maryland Vs. Georgia Tech Time, TV Schedule, Announcers And More

The Maryland Terrapins face a difficult road test when they visit the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets this Saturday at Bobby Dodd Stadium. Here is everything you need to know about Saturday's game:

Who: Maryland Vs. No. 13 Georgia Tech

Where: Bobby Dodd Stadium

When: Noon EST

TV Information: Rob Stone and Danny Kannell have the call on ESPNU.

Spread: Georgia Tech by 14.

Last game: Maryland crushed the Towson Tigers, 28-3, to improve its record to 2-2. Georgia Tech climbed to 5-0 with a 45-35 victory against the N.C. State Wolfpack. That offensive performance represents a down week for the Yellow Jackets, as 45 points is the second-lowest single-game scoring total they've registered this season.

Last season: The two schools haven't met since 2007, when host Maryland edged Georgia Tech, 28-26. The Terrapins held a 21-3 lead early in the second period, held off the Yellow Jackets' comeback, and narrowly prevailed. That victory ended Maryland's three-game losing streak to the Yellow Jackets.

Key absences: Ankle injuries to linebacker Darin Drakeford and defensive lineman Andre Monroe will prevent them from suiting up for Maryland. Star linebacker Kenny Tate, arguably Maryland's top overall defender, is listed as doubtful due to an as-yet-unspecified injury. The linebacker injury bug seems to have gotten to Georgia Tech as well, with Jeremiah Attaouch and Daniel Drumond both battling injuries. Those two might not play either.
