College Football Scores: Clemson Clinches Berth In ACC Championship Game, Beats Wake Forest

The key early ACC game took place in Happy Valley, where the Clemson Tigers clinched a berth in the ACC Championship Game with a dramatic 31-28 win over Wake Forest. Chandler Catanzaro provided the winning margin with a 43-yard field goal to end the game and give the Tigers the ACC Atlantic Division title.

Clemson fell behind early in the game and was down by 14 points in the third quarter before they rallied for the win. Quarterback Tajh Boyd threw two interceptions, but also had 343 yards and two touchdowns. Andre Ellington also scored twice for the Tigers.

In the ACC's only other early game, Boston College continued its comeback this season by topping North Carolina State, 14-10, at home. North Carolina State drove deep into BC territory with a chance to win the game in the final minutes, but could not convert on a fourth and five throw with 1:10 remaining.
