College Football Odds, Maryland Vs. Wake Forest: Terps Heavy Underdogs Against Demon Deacons

The Maryland Terrapins (2-8, 1-5 Atlantic Coast Conference) wind down their disappointing season this Saturday, Nov. 19, on the road against the Wake Forest Demon Deacons (5-5, 4-3 ACC). It's the penultimate game of the season for Randy Edsall's squad, and as one might expect given the Terps' record, they're heavy underdogs.

According to SB Nation partner OddsShark, the oddsmakers favor the Demon Deacons by 10.5 points despite their having lost three straight games. Then again, Maryland has lost six straight itself, most recently a 45-21 defeat against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish at FedEx Field.

When the teams met last season, the oddsmakers favored Maryland by 5.5 points, and it responded by cruising to a 62-14 victory.
