After a week filled with lots of trash talking on both sides, the actual game between North Carolina and North Carolina State was kind of a dud. The Tar Heels looked inept for most of the game, and the Wolfpack did just enough to come away with a 13-0 win at home.
The win moves North Carolina State to 5-4 on the year and 2-3 in the conference. North Carolina drops to 6-4 and 2-4 in the conference, which means the Tar Heels are now a half a game behind in the ACC standings.
The Wolfpack's only touchdown came in the first quarter, when Mike Glennon found T.J. Graham for a 12-yard score. The Tar Heels had just 158 yards of total offense and committed four turnovers (three interceptions, one fumble) in the game.
