Maryland picked up win No. 7 on the season on Friday night, beating Radford 65-60 at the Comcast Center.
After a high scoring first half that resulted in a 39-39 tie at the break, the two teams played a little tighter in the second half and Maryland was able to do just enough to pull out the victory.

Terrell Stoglin edged his way into double figures with 15 points while James Padgett posted a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds on the evening. Maryland shot just 36.2 percent from the field, but used a 41-34 rebounding edge, including a big 19-11 effort on the offensive glass to hold Radford off.
R.J. Price led the Highlanders, who fall to 3-11 on the season, by scoring 22 points on 8-20 shooting, while Javonte Green made an impact on both ends, scoring 17 points and grabbing 12 rebounds.
Next up for Maryland will be a matchup with Albany at home on Dec. 28.
