Military Bowl 2011 Score Update: Toledo And Air Force Tied 35-35

After leaving halftime tied in the 2011 Military Bowl, the Toledo Rockets and Air Force Falcons end the third quarter still tied. The Toledo offense however has been slowed down quite a bit by the Air Force defense, but luckily to Toledo defense was able to pick up some of the scoring slack. Jermaine Robinson picked off Air Force quarterback Tim Jefferson Jr., returning the ball 37-yards for a touchdown to put Toledo up 35-28.

Air Force has battle back from each deficit in the game however, and the third quarter would be no different. Air Force picked up nice field position after a 26-yard punt return by Jonathan Lee, putting the Falcons at midfield. It took just seven plays for Air Force get in the endzone on the legs of Mike DeWitt once again, this time from two yards out to tie the game at 35-35.
