As has become the expectation whenever the Toledo Rockets takes the field, the Military Bowl was a high scoring affair that ended in dramatic fashion. Thanks to a botched two point attempt by the Air Force with about a minute left in the game, Toledo was able to win the Military Bowl by a final score of 42-41. Here are the highlights.
It looks like Air Force had the opportunity to score on that play, if only they were able to execute the pitch. It takes a pretty confident coach to make that kind of call (or one who as lost confidence in his defense's ability to stop the other team) but that's a call that could haunt a lot of these Air Force players for the entire off season.
