Military Bowl 2011: North Carolina Will Participate In Game, According To Report

While it is not yet official, it looks like North Carolina will indeed be the ACC's representative in the 2011 Military Bowl. According to a report by CBS' Chip Patterson, the entire ACC bowl picture is set, and the Tar Heels have indeed tumbled down to the Military Bowl.

It remains unclear which team will face North Carolina, but most believe it will end up being Temple. The Tar Heels finished 7-5 this season, but were relegated to the Military Bowl due to a 3-5 conference record.
