It's very clear that Maryland fans are not happy with the hiring of Todd Bradford as the team's new defensive coordinator. The whole thing was very Jim Zorn-esque, with the Terps promoting a recently-hired candidate from within after being spurned by actual legitimate candidates (Randy Shannon, Penn State defensive line coach Larry Johnson). SB Nation's Testudo Times' position pretty much says it all.

Apparently, it's gotten so bad that some fans have taken to Twitter to get the guy removed. The folks at UCLA blog Bruins Nation did this a while ago with a hire they didn't like, and it worked, so now Maryland fans are trying to do the same. Oh, and by the way, most analysts think this will dramatically hurt Maryland's already shaky recruiting in the region.
↵Athletic director Kevin Anderson's methods for bringing the program from "good to great" sure seem unique, don't they?
