Gary Williams' retirement will change the landscape of coaching in the ACC, and potentially the Nation, and it has caused some of the great figures in College Basketball to come out and give their input. Whether or not you like Dick Vitale, you have to admit that he is one of the most recognizable people in the sport. As you might imagine, he was a big fan of Gary.

Vitale won't be the only person who calls for Gary to enter the Hall of Fame, and I wouldn't be surprised if he gets inducted before long. This collection of people who have come out to support Gary show what kind of person he was, and just how big the shoes are that whoever replaces him will have to fill.
