College Football Odds, Week 3: West Virginia Vs. Maryland: Terps A Narrow Favorite At Home

The Maryland Terrapins have had two games so far this season that have been pretty tough to call for the oddsmakers. The first was because nobody really knew how the University of Miami would come out after all the suspensions decimated their lineup. This week it's the West Virginia Mountaineers, and nobody really knows how to pick it, apparently. As of right now, the Terps are the favorites by the narrowest of margins, according to SB Nation's odds page powered by OddsShark.

09/17/2011 West Virginia 53½o-110 56½o-110
12:00 PM Maryland -1-110 -2-110 -1½-110

West Virginia is currently the only team that is ranked, but Maryland is going to be at home, in some beautiful weather, and should have a pretty rowdy crowd behind them. Like the odds say, this should be a good one.

We'll be following the lead up to this game in this StoryStream. For more on the Terps, head on over to Testudo Times, and for a view from behind enemy lines, try SB Nation Pittsburgh and The Smoking Musket.
