COLLEGE PARK, Md - After missing the West Virginia game with a leg injury, it appears that Maryland linebacker Darin Drakeford is suited up and ready to play against the Temple Owls in College Park on Saturday. He is dressed and with the team as they await the opening kickoff.
This could be a huge boost for the Maryland defense. They shouldn't really need to be very tough against an overmatched Temple side, but they can use all the playmakers they can get on both sides of the ball. Drakeford is a very good linebacker with a lot of experience, and he should help a Maryland defense that has been a little bit spotty in their first two games of the season.
We'll have more on this game throughout the week in this StoryStream. For more on the Terrapins head over to Testudo Times, and for more on the Owls, check out SB Nation Philly.
