After their win against the Miami Hurricanes on Monday, the Maryland Terrapins have made a very small inroad towards gaining some national respect for their football team. The Terps were shut out of the preseason USA Today poll, but in the latest edition, they have made a very small bit of progress. The Terps received four votes in the latest poll, which equates to being ranked as just about the 44th best team in the Country.

They are ranked right around teams like Georgia Tech, Washington, Brigham Young and Tennessee. With a win against the Mountaineers of West Virginia in a couple weeks, they could climb even further. Here is the complete USA Today top 25.
