The Maryland Terrapins (12-5) are locked up in a back and forth non-conference affair at the historic Palestra with the Temple Owls (12-5), with Temple holding a slim 32-29 lead at the half.
Terrell Stoglin has paced the Terrapins, scoring 10 points on two of four shooting from the field and four of four makes from the free throw line. Pe'Shon Howard has chipped in with six points, and Nick Faust has added five points for Maryland.
Temple has been led by guard Khalif Wyatt's ten points.
Maryland big man Alex Len left the court midway through the first half with an injury, and has yet to return from the locker room. There has been no word from the team on the extent of the injury.
