Maryland Vs. North Carolina Final Score: Terps Get Swept As They Go Down 88-64

Maryland was hoping to be able to avenge their early season loss to the North Carolina Tar Heels, but just couldn't get their offense going as they go down 88-64 on Wednesday night. Nick Faust ended the night leading the Terps in scoring with 17 points while Terrell Stoglin ended the night with 16 points. James Padgett ended the night with a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds.

The Terps were just killed by Carolina forward Tyler Zeller as he ended the night with 30 points and 8 rebounds. Zeller shot from the free throw line 23 times, missing just three shots. On a nice story note, senior walk on David Duhon took a buzzer beater three-point shot for North Carolina, sinking it at the end of the game. John Henson also finished the night with 19 points and 9 rebounds, nearly picking up a double-double. The Terps fall to 6-9 in ACC play with the loss.
