Maryland can't officially hand out signs to fans in an attempt to woo five-star football recruit Stefon Diggs as he watches the Maryland-North Carolina basketball game, but that won't stop fans from taking matters into their own hands. Who knows whether the signs themselves will make any difference in Diggs' recruiting. Lots of people seem to think that the Terps really have no chance of landing the five-star wide receiver from Our Lady of Good Counsel in Olney, Md. But no matter what happens, you can certainly say that the Terps and their fans did everything they could to bring him to College Park.
