Stefon Diggs Decision: Five-Star Prospect Will Make Announcement Friday At 6 P.M. ET

Stefon Diggs, a Maryland native and five-star wide receiver recruit by Rivals, will make his decision Friday on where he wants to play college football next fall. However, the announcement will be made at 6 p.m., not 10 p.m. as originally published. According to Mike Farrell of Rivals, who tweeted the time change Thursday afternoon, Diggs is deciding between the hometown Maryland Terrapins and Ohio St. Buckeyes.

Contrary to earlier reports, it appears that Digg's announcement will not be televised, according to this tweet by Sebastian Salazar of CSN Washington.

Stefon Diggs won't be announcing decision on Comcast SportsNet. He committed to do it earlier but backed out. Wish him luck w/tough decision

Rumors have Diggs, who's the top unsigned recruit for the Class of 2012, leaning toward the Buckeyes but College Park is hoping the Our Lady of Good Counsel in Olney, MD stud will stay close to home.
