Bruce Boudreau has historically platooned his goalies based on whichever one is playing better at the time, and it appears that trend will continue. Despite Semyon Varlamov's return to good health, Boudreau will start Michal Nuevirth in goal in tonight's game against the Nashville Predators, according to Mike Vogel.
Also, the team recalled 29-year old defensemen Brian Fahey from Hershey, which doesn't bode well for Tom Poti's chances of playing tonight.
