Ted Leonsis Plans On Watching HBO's 24/7 Premier 'Somehow This Weekend'

You'd think that the owner of a team involved in a landmark HBO series would be rushing to his television to make sure he didn't miss a minute of the action. You'd especially think that Washington Capitals owner Ted Leonsis would do that, considering he's so into media and transparency.

But clearly, Leonsis is a much busier man than we figured. Today on his blog, Leonsis wrote that he hasn't had a chance to actually watch the series yet and hopes to find a few minutes over the weekend to check it out.

↵↵HBO's 24/7. I hear it is compelling television and I plan to watch it somehow this weekend. I am sure it is fantastic, great and well-produced.

Wait, Ted, you haven't even watched it yet? I'm disappointed in you. I thought you could answer 100 emails, watch the Caps game, try to figure out what's wrong with the Wizards, spend quality time with the family and watch your team on HBO 24/7 all at the same time. Slacker.

(Of course, Ted probably saw the whole thing before it launched. So, yeah).
