The Washington Capitals are just one victory away from advancing to the semifinals of the 2012 Eastern Conference Playoffs and knocking the defending Stanley Cup champions from the postseason.
The Capitals welcome the Bruins to Verizon Center on Sunday afternoon, up 3-2 in the series by virtue of Saturday's 4-3 win at TD Garden. Troy Brouwer scored the game winner for Washington with under two minutes remaining, and Braden Holtby was once again stellar in net for the Capitals, stopping 34 of the 37 shots he faced.
