As we noted earlier, Charlie Sheen was in D.C. on tour on Tuesday night. During his stop, he evidently got a chance to catch up with Ryan Zimmerman, the injured Nationals' "Face of the Franchise." The two celebrities snapped a photo, complete with Zimmerman wearing what can only be described as a shirt that looks like tiger blood.
↵Afterwards, Sheen decided to pay homage to the city in a way that only Sheen can.
