2011 MLB All-Star Rosters To Be Announced Sunday

The rosters for the 2011 MLB All-Star Game are set to be announced at noon on Sunday. While none of the Washington Nationals will be voted in as starters for the game, at least one will be on the roster. Truthfully, it probably should be more than one, given the way the team has been playing.

Here's what you need to know about the selection show.

Time: The MLB All-Star Selection Show is scheduled to begin at noon. It will last a full hour, presumably to give the commentators a chance to overanalyze it.

TV Information: The show will be broadcasted on TBS, and will be followed by the Subway Series finale between the Yankees and the Mets. The Nationals will be on MASN2 against the Pirates at 1:35.

Nationals candidates: You'd have to think Danny Espinosa and Jordan Zimmermann are the leading candidates to make the game, but there could be others. Ryan Zimmerman, despite missing most of the year, could find his way into the game. Also, Drew Storen, Michael Morse and Wilson Ramos need to be watched.
