With it being September, there are a lot of rookies and youngsters playing in the major leagues. That means it's a perfect time for some sort of hazing. The Nationals' idea of hazing is having all these people dress up as characters on The Smurfs. As you may have guessed, that's Stephen Strasburg as Papa Smurf.
