The Washington Nationals enter Friday's game against the Cincinnati Reds riding a three-game winning streak. This has been on the strength of their pitching with a little offensive pop at the right time. Jordan Zimmermann takes the hill in the second game of the series looking for his first win of the season.

Jordan Zimmermann pitched seven innings striking out four batters while allowing six hits and one earned run in a loss to the Chicago Cubs on April 8.
Third Baseman Ryan Zimmerman has had a slow start hitting .192. He will need to up his production to make up for the loss of Michael Morse who has been out with a lat strain to start the season.
The game is scheduled for a 7:05 p.m. first pitch with television coverage on MASN2. Radio coverage will be provided by 1500 WFED AM and 1580 WFHS AM.
