Wilson Ramos delivered a pinch-hit, walk-off single in the bottom of the 11th inning to lift the Washington Nationals over the Philadelphia Phillies, 4-3 at Nationals Park Friday evening.
The Nationals game-winning rally began with two outs as Stephen Lombardozzi singled off Michael Schwimer, who walked Bryce Harper and Jayson Werth to set up Ramos' heroics.
Ryan Perry recorded a 1-2-3 11th inning to record his first win of the season.
