Rays Vs. Nationals: Washington's AL East Homestand Continues

The Nationals will look to bounce back from a sweep to the Yankees when they play another AL East foe, the Tampa Bay Rays.

Following a three game sweep from the New York Yankees, the Washington Nationals will look to bounce back with another interleague series against an AL East opponent. However, they must do so against Tampa Bay Rays pitcher David Price, in his first career start against Bryce Harper and company. Price is 8-4 with a 3.02 ERA and will face Chien Ming-Wang who is 2-2 with a 4.67 ERA.

Prior to getting swept by the Yankees, the Nationals had won six consecutive and surged into a commanding lead in first place of the NL East. Following thee consecutive losses, the Nats still have a four game lead on the Mets.
