The Nationals couldn't hold off the Baltimore Orioles on Sunday afternoon as Matt Wieters' two-run shot to center field in the eighth inning gave Baltimore a 2-1 victory as well as bragging rights in the interleague series.
Washington had taken a 1-0 lead in the third inning when Ryan Zimmerman connected on an RBI single. Each team put four pitchers on the mound on Sunday, with Nationals pitcher Sean Burnett getting the loss for giving up the homer to Wieters in Burnett's 1/3 inning of action.
