The Washington Nationals open up a three game series with the New York Mets at Nationals Park on Tuesday night. The lineup has a great anchor with third baseman Ryan Zimmerman, first baseman Adam LaRoche and right fielder Michael Morse, making only his third start of the season.
Pitcher Jordan Zimmermann will take the hill for the Nationals to try and rebound from Sunday's loss to the Atlanta Braves. The hope is that Ryan Zimmerman can break out of his current slump. He has not yet been dropped down in the batting order, but that could come soon if he can't break out of the slump.
The rest of the Nationals' lineup is as follows.
#Nats Lineup: Lombardozzi LF, Harper CF, Zimmerman 3B, LaRoche 1B, Morse RF, Desmond SS, Espinosa 2B, Flores C, Zimmermann RHP
