Nationals Vs. Red Sox Lineups: Michael Morse Bats As Designated Hitter In First Game In Boston

The Washington Nationals play with the designated hitter for the first time this season on Friday night as they make the trip to Fenway Park to play the Boston Red Sox. Michael Morse, playing in only his sixth game this season, will get the DH duties on Friday as he hits from No. 4 spot in the lineup. Bryce Harper will play in centerfield and bat second, while Xavier Nady and Tyler Moore will play right and left field respectively and hit seventh and eighth.

The Nationals send pitcher Stephen Strasburg to the mound to try and earn his seventh win of the season.

The game is scheduled for a 7:10 p.m. start from Fenway. Television coverage will be provided by MASN with radio coverage on 106.7 The Fan FM, 1500 WFED AM and 1580 WHFS AM.
