Mason Crosby has been money for Green Bay all year, but his missed field goal midway through the third quarter has given the Redskins a bit of life.
Crosby missed from 48-yards after making field goals of 52 and 36 yards previously today.
On the ensuing Redskins possession, Donovan McNabb and Santana Moss combined to bring the ball across midfield. A completion to Chris Cooley on third and 13 gave the Redskins a fourth and two, and a difficult decision for Coach Mike Shanahan. They elected to go for it on fourth down, but an incomplete pass to Anthony Armstrong turned the ball over to the Packers.
