Trent Williams, listed as questionable to return, has indeed returned. He has a bruised left knee according to Chris Russell of ESPN 980.
Williams was in on each of Washington's four plays on their first possession of overtime, but still with a noticeable limp. He appeared slow in pass protection as Donovan McNabb was pressured on each play.
