The Redskins Finally Practice Their Hurry-Up Offense

In the wake of the whole Donovan McNabb benching fiasco, the "cardiovascular endurance" excuse, the hamstring injury excuse, the idea that Rex Grossman can run the two-minute offense better than McNabb because he knows the terminology better and all of that, this joke kind of writes itself.

No, no, Donovan, it's cool. You don't have to practice winning games. Yeah, I know we've been in a close game pretty much every single time we've stepped onto the field, but the real problem is your mechanics. Yeah, I know we brought you in here to win games like that, but you're already good at it, based on watching the Super Bowl, so you don't need to practice it. And hey, Rex doesn't need to practice it because he envisioned it in his head every night while holding the clipboard.

Awww crap, I'm getting raked over the coals for this two-minute drill stuff. Fine, fine, guys, let's practice it.
