When you're a fringe NFL player looking to hang on in the league, you'll do anything to make your coach happy. This is especially true if you're Ryan Torain and your coach has given you chances to stick around in two different places.
↵Torain has now made it as a starting running back in this league, but he's still fiercely loyal to Mike Shanahan. How do we know? He won't talk about injuries. Torain is nursing a hamstring injury that caused him to miss the game against the Philadelphia Eagles, and his status for this week's game against the Tennessee Titans is still up in the air. Shanahan is notoriously sneaky about not revealing anything about his players' health. As it turns out, so is Torain.

Unfortunately for Shanahan, Carlos Rogers and Clinton Portis do not display the same discretion. Maybe Shanahan thinks it's okay for them to talk about injuries.
