Redskins Vs. Cowboys: Miles Austin Gives Cowboys 10-0 Lead In First Quarter

Well, that didn't take long.

The Redskins are continuing their trend of getting into quick holes against division rivals as the Dallas Cowboys have taken a 10-0 on a Miles Austin 3-yard touchdown catch.

After a (surprise) Rex Grossman interception, the Cowboys quickly made the Redskins pay. The interception gave the Cowboys the ball at the Redskins 27 yard line, and from there, they made it look easy. Jon Kitna hit Jason Witten for 22 yards, setting up a 1st and goal. And from there, it was pitch and catch between Kitna and Austin.

Well, here we go again. Redskins in a hole early, on the road, and Rex Grossman is the starting quarterback. That scenario does not instill a great deal of confidence in Redskins fans.

We will see if Kyle Shanahan's faith in Grossman proves to be valid during the rest of this game.
