Washington Redskins Injuries: LaRon Landry Plans To Play Again This Season

Just a few days ago LaRon Landry was in a walking boot, and his return to the Redskins at some point this season seemed grim. Now, he is out of the walking boot, is able run around a little bit, and according to Ryan O'Halloran at CSN Washington, is "confident" that he will return by the end of the year.

“Every day it’s getting better,” he said. “It’s a slow-healing process. I’m just taking it a day at a time and doing what my body is telling me.”

Landry said he’s “looking forward” to practicing when the Redskins begin preparing for Tampa Bay on Wednesday.

Not sure if Landry is planning on playing this Sunday, but that seems like wishful thinking if that is the case. But if he is planning on being at practice this week, that probably means we can count on him playing at some point before the end of the season. He seems like the kind of guy who starts losing sleep if he doesn't hit anybody for a little while.
