Philadelphia Eagles Injury Report: Jason Peters Misses Practice

The Philadelphia Eagles enter into the week of practice to prepare for the Washington Redskins missing a few key players. Starting left tackle Jason Peters missed practice with a hamstring injury, defensive end Trent Cole missed with a calf injury, defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins missed with a triceps injury, and defensive end Juqua Parker missed with and ankle injury. Safety Jarrad Page was also limited with a neck stinger.

The Eagles, coming off four straight losses, have been gashed defensively and would like to have guys like Cole, Jenkins, and Page available for Sunday's game. "I think we've all missed tackles. I've probably missed two," Eagles cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha told reporters after practice, via a Redskins press release. Asomugha added, "When that happens, coming from the experts, it can sound like you've missed 100, but the thing about it is we've got to run to the football. No, we don't have to teach how to tackle - we know how to tackle. We're football players. We've been doing it our entire lives.
