For Redskin fans, the opening frame against Philadelphia went poorly. The Redskins face a two touchdown deficit and their offense has looked out of sync, trailing 14-0 early in the second quarter.
Philadelphia Eagle quarterback Michael Vick looks impressive in the passing game and running back LeSean McCoy is carving up the Redskin defense. McCoy has run the ball nine times for 51 yards and a touchdown, well on his way to a 100-yard afternoon. While the Redskins defense has looked good at times, the Eagles offense has converted third downs with 60% efficiency and a one fourth down conversion.
The Redskin offense has not had the ball much, as the Eagles have dominated time of possession. Quarterback Rex Grossman threw an early interception. Running back Ryan Torain appears to have some burst though he only has three carries so far in the game.
