Eagles VS. Redskins: Trent Williams Out For Game

Starting left tackle Trent Williams is out for the remainder of the game. Williams injured his ankle in the first half of the game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

The severity of the injury is unknown, though Williams briefly re-entered the game after leaving. Now, Fox television reports that Williams will  not  come back for the Redskins. The loss of Williams is now the second starting offensive linemen the Washington unit has lost, in addition to Kory Lichtensteiger.

The line play will suffer without Williams, a second year player out of Oklahoma who was the Redskins first round pick in 2010. Williams played well for the Redskins so far this year, with some suggestions that he cold even earn a Pro Bowl roster spot.
