Week 8 NFL Power Rankings: Redskins Fall To No. 19 In Latest SB Nation Power Rankings Poll

The Washington Redskins have now lost two straight games and three of their last four. After their fast 2-0 start, they are now just 3-3 on the season and sit in third place in the NFC East. That slide is reflected in their position in the latest SB Nation 2011 NFL Power Rankings, where the Redskins have dropped all the way down to No. 19.Here is what they had to say about the Redskins.

I'm not quite sure what to do with the Redskins. I think you have to win games against Carolina if there's an idea that you can win the division (and, yes, they can win the division because seemingly no one wants to jump out in front in the NFC East).

At this point, with the Cowboys sort of finding their bearings, and the idea that the Eagles couldn't possibly be as bad as they looked early in the season, I'm not sure the idea of the Redskins winning the division is really considered a serious possibility. That's probably why they are all the way down at No. 19 at this point.
