Redskins Vs. Bills Score Update: Scott Chandler Touchdown Gives Bills 7-0 Lead

The Buffalo Bills have struck first in their NFL Week 8 matchup with the Washington Redskins. Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick found tight end Scott Chandler for a 20-yard catch and run, and the Bills lead the Redskins, 7-0, with 5:11 to play in the first quarter. It appeared to be an example of blown coverage by either London Fletcher or Oshiomogho Atogwe.

The two teams struggled on their opening drives, but the Bills were able to score on this second drive. It began with a long pass from Fitzpatrick to wide receiver David Nelson, and it ended with Chandler's touchdown. Brad Smith picked up a key first down on third and short from the Wildcat formation on the play immediately before Chandler's touchdown.
