Len Bias Leads Class Of Six Into Washington Metropolitan Basketball Hall Of Fame

Len Bias is finally getting his due, at least when it comes to the Washington Metropolitan Basketball Hall of Fame. The former Maryland basketball star will be inducted in a ceremony on November 9 at the North Bethesda Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.

He'll be joined by a number of local hoops legends, including Montrose Christian coach Stu Vetter, former Bullets star and current Wizards play-by-play analyst Phil Chenier, former Bullets general manager Bob Ferry, Georgetown radio voice Rich Chvotkin and Maryland radio voice Johnny Holliday. The ceremony will begin at 6 p.m.
