If you're looking for a bye-week quarterback to step into your fantasy football lineup, you probably should stay away from Washington Redskins' quarterback John Beck. That's really an every-week thing, so even though the Miami Dolphins offer a fairly tame match-up, it's not enough to make him a viable fantasy option.
Some projections are relatively kind to him. Numberfire.com suggests that Beck will put up 10.16 points in this game, which would make him a serviceable bye-week fill-in, if not spectacular. However, that seems pretty kind for someone who has thrown a grand total of one touchdown in his last two games and may not even start on Sunday.
Bottom line: just look elsewhere, folks.
