The Washington Redskins limp into their NFC East match up with division rival the Dallas Cowboys after losing five straight games. Quarterback Rex Grossman surprisingly got the start last week, but the Redskins offense continued to struggle and was shut out of the redzone. No matter who the quarterback, the redzone has been a point of trouble for the Skins, scoring just a single touchdown in their last 3 games. The Redskins will be traveling to take on a Dallas Cowboys team and avoid the season sweep. Earlier in the year, the Redskins lost to the Cowboys 18-16, giving up a late lead to two field goals and eventually dropping the game.
The Cowboys on the other hand are coming off two straight wins, including a 44-7 blow out of the Buffalo Bills. Quarterback Tony Romo torched the Bills through the air, completing all but 3 passes and throwing 3 touchdowns. In their last match up Romo struggled, throwing for 250 yards and an interception, but it was enough to win the game. This go around however, Romo won't be playing with busted ribs and has been playing really well the past two weeks. The Redskins defense will need to much like they did last week against the Miami Dolphins, but the offense is going to have to score points if they want to win the game.
