Roy Helu Week 12 Fantasy Update: Redskins Running Back Sets Career High In Seattle

Washington Redskins rookie running back Roy Helu established a career high on Sunday afternoon against the Seattle Seahawks. Helu started this month by breaking Art Monk's single game receptions record, and he ended the month by rushing for 108 yards on 23 carries. It marked the first time in his young career he broke the century mark. One of those carries was a dynamic 28 yard touchdown run that featured Helu hurdling an oncoming Seattle tackler - a run that will likely be his highlight of the year

In addition to the 108 yards on the ground, Helu also had seven catches for 54 yards in the air. He was targeted by Rex Grossman seven times and converted each time the ball was thrown his way. Fantasy owners have to be pleased with Helu's career day on the ground and productive day catching the ball out of the backfield.
